Terms and Submission Guidelines

Part 1 - Are you a wholesaler?

Please understand that this is a niche directory targeted for wholesale websites. We will only accept websites that fits our directory’s general criteria. If your website fits in any of the following six criteria you are most welcome to submit your URL for our review:

1) You sell wholesale only

-You clearly state in your website that you are selling wholesale only and that there is a minimum order requirement.

2) You sell to resellers only (no minimum order)

-You do not have a minimum order requirement but your website only accepts orders from resellers (valid resellers id needed).

3) You sell both wholesale and retail

-Please ensure that there is a section in your website regarding your wholesale items or further information on your wholesale products in any of your web pages.

4) You are a manufacturer and you are selling to the public BUT you are also looking for distributors

-We will accept your listing on the condition that there is a clear section in your website indicating that your company is looking for distributors. There must be a proper contact information in your website.

5) You sell wholesale to the public

-We will accept your listing and it will be placed in the category 'Wholesale to the Public'. Please choose the appropriate sub-category for your webpage.

6) Directories / Resources / Information

-We accept blogs, directories and article based websites that provides information on wholesale, dropshipping and business in general. We will not accept general web directories.

Part 2 - General Guidelines For Submission

After checking that your website fits our directory's criteria please ensure that you follow the following guidelines before submission:

1) Please submit to the most appropriate sub-category. Submitting to the wrong category will only cause delays in listing your website.

2) Do not submit your website if it is 'under construction'. Please wait until it is ready to be viewed by everyone.

3) We do not accept gambling or adult websites even if it is wholesale.

4) We reject sites that are purely adsense or affiliate-based.

5) Please include the name of your website in the title of your listing.

-For example if your website is www.hunt4wholesale.com. Then the title of your listing should be Hunt4Wholesale or Hunt 4 Wholesale.

6) Please do not spam the title with keywords.

7) Do not submit sub-pages or sub-domains unless they are for deep links (for premium listings only)

-Example: submit www.hunt4wholesale.com and not www.hunt4wholesale.com/index.html

8) Give a good quality description of your business and avoid promotional language.

-Describe in a short paragraph the key highlights of your business. Writing a clear description helps readers understand your business better.
-Please avoid promotional language like 'the best', 'lowest price guaranteed' etc.

9) Please check your grammar and vocabulary before hitting the submit button.

Part 3 - Our Right to Approve or Reject a Listing

As owners of this directory we reserve the right to the following:

1) Edit any part of the listing (title, description, etc) as we deem appropriate.
2) Approve or reject a listing at our own discretion.
3) Remove a listing from our directory if we find that your website no longer exist.
Note: we can change and amend our terms and conditions without giving any prior notice.
